Body Polish

You are lightly massaged with scented oils, followed by warm honey that is worked into the skin.  This is followed by an invigorating exfoliation.  Warm, wet, scented towels cleanse and refresh you.  Body butter, is massaged into the skin leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.  Tanning beds and sun exposure dulls the skin, a body polish renews and refreshes.

 
Back Refresher

50 minutes - $50

 
This is a relaxing exfoliation of that hard-to-reach area of the body.  Summer sun and cold, dry winter weather can cause the skin on the back to feel uncomfortable.  You will enjoy the wonderful sensations of warm moist towels and steam followed by an exhilarating exfoliation that removes dead skin, as well as increasing blood flow.  This is followed by more warm towels, and an application of warm honey that is worked into the skin, promoting nourishment and facilitating the retention of moisture.  The back is moisturized and very warm paraffin is painted on, and then covered to retain warmth.  While you relax, your hands and feet are massaged and moisturized. After 15 minutes, the paraffin is removed, and your back is given a light massage. 

Scalp Treatment

Relaxation and relief from the worries of life are among the benefits from a Scalp Treatment.  A blend of warm scented oils are poured over your forehead and allowed to trickle down your scalp.  The oils are slowly massaged into the scalp and pulled through the hair.  A Scalp Treatment stimulates and conditions the scalp and hair in much the same way as a hot oil hair treatment.  The essential oils used are peppermint, rosemary, lemongrass, lavender, and eucalyptus.  Note: Complementary shampoo is available if you wish to shower before leaving the fitness center; otherwise you may wish to wear a ball cap when you leave.  Words can not do justice for this service.  It is simply divine.  Enhance your facial or massage with a 15 minute scalp treatment.  You'll love it!
