Swedish Massage 1 hour - $60 1 1/2 hours - $80
A relaxing medium pressure massage that is sure to please. An excellent choice for the first time massage client, or to just chill out for an hour. At your request, therapy can be included to address pain at no extra charge. I include warm stones, aroma therapy and cold stones when appropriate. Additional services can be added to this massage, such as scalp treatment, back refresher, or body polish to enhance the experience.
Deep Tissue Massage
1 hour - $80 1 1/2 hours - $100 2 hours - $120 Anyone who is healthy and active can benefit from Deep Tissue Massage. Toned muscles need the deeper pressure this therapy offers. Each massage is customized to each client’s individual needs. Certain areas of the body will require more depth where other areas need less. For optimal results, relaxation and therapeutic pain relief must never be rushed. Warm and cold applications are used when needed to assist with the relief of muscle tension, tenderness, or inflammation. If you need your body "overhauled", this is the massage for you. Overhauls need 1 1/2 hours for best results.
Myokinesthitic Treatment
$30 per session
A session lasts from 15 to 30 minutes, and are typically performed two days on and one day off, until you hold the treatment. This service is performed while fully clothed and sitting. Myokinesthitic treatment is geared to reset the nervous system in a very specific way. This therapy is great for "retraining the body after knee or hip surgery. Also to help your body to adjust to shoe orthotics. Treatment involves the stimulation of specific nerves and the muscles they innervate. This is a soft tissue treatment for nerve pain located in the upper or lower body, specifically: sharp, shooting, stabbing, burning, pins and needles, numbness or pain. The Myokinesthitic system is also a nerve specific treatments for issues such as numb or tingling fingers, headaches, TMJ, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff problems, elbow pain, carpal tunnel, wrist pain, forearm pain, inability to grip objects thumb pain, radial nerve and ulnar nerve problems. Lower body issues would include: lumbar rotation, sciatica going into front of lower leg or lateral side, or into the big toe, numbness in foot, plantar fasciaitis,diabetic neuropothy, lower back pain below the ribs, shin splints.
Sports Massage 1 hour - $80 1 1/2 hours - $100
My Sports Massage includes Deep Tissue, PNF Stretching, and Soft Tissue Release, which offers the lasting benefits of greater flexibility and muscle memory. Sports Massage stretch, detoxify, increase blood flow and improve mobility in the tissues. If you would like to experience more mobility in you neck, rotator cuff, hips, or hamstrings, give Sports Massage a try... you will feel great afterward.
Hot Stone Massage 1 hour - $70 1 1/2 hour - $100 A relaxing massage that integrates warm stones with Swedish massage techniques. Warm stones are oiled and used to apply a pleasant heat, while I massage and glide the stones over and into the muscles from head to toe. Includes aromatherapy and hot towels.
Therapeutic Massage 1 hour - $60 1 1/2 hours - $80 A problem solving massage for specific pain related issues. I recommend the 1 1/2 hour massage, as this particular therapy takes time!
